Cancellation Policy
Bella Ve Esthetics has a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge, up until 24 hours before your service. After that you will be charged a fee. A credit card is required to be kept on file to hold any appointment and will only be charged if you violate one of our cancellation policies.
Rescheduling/Canceling
Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result up to 50% of the service fee being charged to the card on file.
No Call/No Show
If you no call/no show (ie haven't called to cancel your appointment and then don't show up for your scheduled appointment), your card on file will be charged up to 100% of the service fee. If this happens twice, you will be required to pre-pay for all future services.
Late Arrival
If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment:
If your appointment is 30 minutes or less, your appointment will be cancelled and up to 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file.
If your appointment is longer then 30 minutes, you will get the remaining time left in your appointment and that is it. We will do what we can in that time, but we will not go over, as that is not fair to the others that are on time for their appointment. You will be charged the full service fee for the original scheduled service.
If you are more then 30 minutes late for any appointment, it will be up to the discretion of the Esthetician, as to whether your service will need to cancelled and rescheduled (if cancelled/rescheduled, you will be charged 50% of the service booked), OR if they will take you and do as much as they can within scheduled time that is left. If they decide to continue with the service, regardless of how much time you get, you will be charge the full cost of the appointment scheduled (ie if you are 30 minutes late for a 90 minute appointment, you will be charged for the 90 minute appointment).
Sick Policy
If you, or someone in your immediate family becomes ill in the last 48 hours before your appointment, please reschedule your appointment. We work in very close proximity to people, and take every precaution to keep people safe and healthy. Keep in mind our Cancellation Policy and try to abide by it if you can, though we understand that that colds and flu's don't have a timeline, and sometimes symptoms show up out of seemingly no where. We reserve the right to waive any cancellation fee for emergency and/or sickness.
Sickness
Please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms, you will be rescheduled and charged 50% of your appointment fee (so please if you are sick or not feeling well, let us know by calling or texting us ASAP, especially if it is within 24 hours of your appointment).
If you are experiencing the following symptoms, you MUST reschedule:
Fever
Chills
Diarrhea
Vomiting
Runny Nose
Sore Throat
Cough
You are currently taking an Antibiotic
You have a skin infection, such as ring worm or athletes foot
You, or someone in your direct care, has a cold, sinus infection or the flu.
You, or someone in your direct care, has been diagnosed with Influenza, covid-19 or any type of respiratory virus within the past 7 days.
Again, we understand the the onset of symptoms may not always have the best timing. Even if it is less then 24 hours notice, it is always best to let us know rather then coming in while sick or not showing up for the appointment. We reserve the right to waive the fee in such cases. Ultimately, we care about your health and want everyone to remain healthy and be able to relax and enjoy their service!
